Fairness, justice. Manager activities need to be scrutinized minutely for misuse of power and authority

Co workers compete for pbc ratings. They just want hikes every year and will bribe/ coax managers to that end
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very few managers are good and honest most of them especially in ibm india are corrupt and biased. Women employees are easily suppressed
