It's been the best professional experience of my career.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly transparent with all employees and live each of the principles, so the standard is set form the top down.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is competitive, equity is good, healthcare (US-based employee) is good. Not a ton of 'extra' perks and no matching 401k, but what is offered is competitive.
What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues, the work I am doing, I really do feel that I am making an impact, and the amount of opportunity I have, to try new and different things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees truly live the principles day in and day out. It's refreshing. I cannot say it enough, people are just so kind, thoughtful and collaborative here. It's the best environment I've ever worked in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is kind, helpful, authentic, collaborative, super humble, they do a great job of hiring employees against the HashiCorp principles, so you don't get egos, or people who aren't doing their fare share of the work.
