What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that it is a multi national company with different ethnics and religions but still we are one FAMILY
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Knowing the PMR of other companies hurts sometimes. But I believe in loyalty. And I hope it pays off eventually
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are real humans... approachable and provide clear vision. Often hold round tables that gives great opportunities to get their employees perspective

We are all professionals and a real FAMILY! Everyone is approachable and kind, we work in great collaboration across the planet! <3
What makes you most happy at work?
Making my customers happy in my case they are IBM Internals but I look up to them and really feel proud to work with/for such people
