The culture, the people, and the actual work for me is overall a net positive. There are challenges with our leadership being able to effectively communicate and hear the voice of our employees our ability to match the market with compensation, but my experience as a new employee is positive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people do truly care about each other's well being and I never feel that I don't have someone to talk to when experiencing difficult times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued, but we do understand that our employee compensation does not match up to our competitors. We state that we pay competitively, but our pay transparency allows us to fully understand that it may not be true with the market data provided.
