We don't have clarity on the company's purpose. Employees' work seems not important to Leadership. Lack of communication of Leadership to the population.
Actively listen to the employees and their sentiments as people that actively collaborate to company growth. Also, keep in mind that generation changes so what they think works because worked for them not necessarily will work for the younger employees.
