Overall the company is great. The transformation in culture since our new president from Red Hat joined is slowly coming to fruition however there are still some senior leaders who need to improve. Also need to ensure that when promoting radical candor we do so respectfully & with facts/knowledge.

We are a small global team - I enjoy hearing and learning about the other GEOs.

That some of them are very transparent and seem truly invested in the success of the employees.

The majority of IBM'ers have a growth mindset - this helps to promote a culture of constant learning.

Base salary is the best part of compensation. We need to do better with bonuses & stock to truly be competitive as a technology company.

The best part of my team is we work together very well and share best practices amongst our individual teams. We also infuse humor into our day.

Arvind is a very transparent CEO - he is crystal clear on our strategy and what we need to do to achieve success. He also cares about IBM'ers and knows we are what drives the success of this company.
