I am loyal to IBM for many reasons. The people are great, the work is challenging, the culture respectful, the pay adequate. But one REALLY BIG PROBLEM that might cause me to leave is the sustained failure to address capacity issues. We do not have enough people to do the work.

when I can work in 'flow state' because teams are adequately staffed and/or the number of priorities clear and accurately aligned to capacity

I think the very top is on the right themes, and my direct manager is also very good. There is room for improvement in the middle.
