inclusive, D&I oriented, pushes all of us collectively to do the right thing by society, business, self.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my impact more broadly is not considered. I check my boxes / metrics successfully but I also reach out to colleagues and teammates and others inside and outside IBM and this is not a metric so isn't really seen. I do it because it is important to me
