They are so supportive, willing to collaborate - everyone I work with works hard and is good at what they do - but there isn't a sense of competition, we all want to work together to success as a team and an organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping the teams that I support - getting a colleague promoted or into a new role that they love, hiring a strong new leader into our business, helping improve the diversity of our organization - and as a result feeling like I'm making a positive impact on IBM and in turn, society.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our organization has a growth mindset, and the culture is wonderful. IBMers are friendly and helpful, always willing to partner and collaborate. I have a lot of autonomy in how and where I do my job, combined with the support I need to get the work done. I can't imagine a better situation.
