I find the amount of information that's shared and sent to employees is overwhelming. Leadership announcements are fine, however, there's a huge influx of business org, group and individual communication via slack channels, learning, etc it's an overkill and redundant. we need time to do work.

Diversity of teams and building new work relationships with cross functional teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting and working my colleagues. However, working remotely on occasions reduces the stress of late night travel to/from office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
compare to external market, IBM's salary compensation is lower. Everyone is put in a pool of same salary for the band level. Those who do the minimum and those who do more and never complain receive the same salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's a recent shift in the way we work. Seasoned IBMers who are accustomed to saying "this is the way we've always done it" are coming around and are finally giving new hired external employees the opportunity to share their experience and new ideas to improving the way we work.
