Working at IBM for over 5 years has been a positive experience. The company is always looking for was to innovate and become a leader in the tech space. It's also fun working for a large company with such a well known brand name. Being a large company also I find it hard to promote a unified culture

My experience is positive working at my current company. Thus far it has provided me a great work life balance and allowing me to continue to grow at work.

It's an inclusive culture that allows employees to share ideas to make things better for the company.

Having a positive team environment, not too many meetings, and projects to work on that consume time and allow ambiguity.

My manager and upline manager take interest and care in what the team is doing and are genuinely involved. They also understand work life balance and unplugging to get away from work when needed.

Anyone is always willing to help. With IBM being a global company we have complex processes and often need to work across many team to get the job done, everyone is always approachable to help.
