When people leave on vacations for example to talk about the meetings that happened while you are OOO, if there is a complaining of someone before listen just the 1st history, try to listen both, befor judgements
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People in the same role use to have the same salary but it would be fair to see the experience of each person, the qualitys, the idioms and be qualified by their capacities not just the same role same compensation.
