I learn SO much everyday. Everyone is very inspiring to me.

When I feel like I finally understand something or learn from others.

The best part about my compensation package is that it makes me feel valuable to IBM.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
This is most likely due to COVID, but I do not feel very connected to any of them on a super personal level. I do not know much about their personal lives or feel like I am friends with them.
