The recruitment process was fantastic. The onboarding was a long yet important and valuable learning experience for me. So far my time has mostly been spent in meetings and education to catch up and help the rest of the team on their projects.

Success and progress. I like to be satisfied that my day was well spent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Definitely the salary as an intern. I have yet to receive any IBM swag though.

They're all confident yet humble enough to spend time talking to interns about their lives and experiences.

They're all extremely friendly and welcoming. They're very inclusive and invite me to ask questions whenever and wherever I can.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The encouragement to learn. The team and my managers have really encouraged me to make as much of this internship as I can.
