Overall it has been okay. Mentorship and Sponorship is needed especially from my perspective. I do think that executives talk a good game but are very slow to be inclusive and helping me to feel as though I belong here and am valued here.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary, however it has just been adjusted to actually come near external ranges. Hopefully the trend will continue and not be seen as "enough for now" even with high performance.
