IBM should pay according to market but also according to what employees are required to do and know.

Radical candor. D&I policies. Respect for granted. Working on a safe environment were you can be your self.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is out of market, very very low. IBM needs to fix this asap. We are loosing valuable talent.
