The effort of the DACH Management to build up a new spirit and culture in IBM but still not believing if it willl work this way
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
more transparancy to be able to compare myself with others, more benefits so that I do not have to pay drinks / food myself e.g. at teamevents because the funding is poor with 45Euro per Person. Rarely got an IBM merchandising article for free in over 20 years in IBM.
