I used to love working for IBM, but recently things are murky and unclear. Leadership is completely distant and uninspiring and the employee experience seem to be more of a marketing thing than an actual business priority.

It's pretty standard, nothing that stands out.

I work because we live in a capitalist society. I also like feeling I have an impact.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Conveying the strategy and inspiring by example. We're still very much command and control even though we sell ourselves as agile and horizontal.
