- IBM Research, Future of Climate is male dominated (my 40 people team ~85%). We need stronger female representation. - Very few people see IBM as a player in AI and Climate Change. We need open marketing to spread incredible efforts of Future of Climate. - IBM is behind in AI. We need to invest.

I like the industry average pay. I would have preferred and hourly salary that compensates for overtime.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
- it's very welcoming - I get along very well with my manager personally. - My manager integrates me into many ongoing projects
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
- The public perceives IBM to be behind in A (https://www.quora.com/Who-is-leading-in-AI-research-among-big-players-like-IBM-Google-Facebook-Apple-and-Microsoft). We need to abandon empty marketing terms like Watson AI. We need to fill marketing with concrete links to published papers. - all male
