My current team at IBM is great but I left a different team and had a somewhat negative experience with a bad manager. I like the flexibility of working in IBM and getting to move around but also having the stability of a large company.

My team is, in short, incredible. They're talented, flexible, hardworking.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing good work for my users, solving smart problems with my peers, and making my executives look good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team now understands the value of design, and that is shown by their investment in bringing design into the business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k match is good, HSA is good. Wish there were better stock options, better healthcare options. There could be better services provided to help us use those options as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe IBM is unique in that it is a tech company that seems to have some history and therefore has a responsibility to model to younger, less ethical tech companies.
