What does the leadership team need to get better at?

modernizing team formation and product management, project management.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

implement true SCRUM practices. Scrum meetings build team collaboration/rapport and cadence in work instead of random crap popping up and putting out fires unexpectedly,

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Teams should be colocated in the same timezone. Doing off hour calls is not productive and disruptive to our biological cycles. No one should be working on a project without a product manager and development team.
