Slow but open to change. IBM has found a way to balance conservative company development with progressive growth, which to me is truly one of a kind. There's no tech company that has remained this relevant this long ever. definitely unique experience.

Emphasis on high impact. Do wish we had more mentoring though. I'm by myself feels more real everyday

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
IBM doesnt offer very much RSU. It unfortunately makes sense because the stock goes down but like, still would want equity in my package. Other then that honestly my package was very competitive
