We have excellent vacation time. Our health benefits were just revamped for 2023 and they are much more competitive!

Vacation time is very fair; new COVID benefits put in place were timely and appreciated; lots of great benefits for new parents!

Our CEO has set a clear direction for our company. IBM's strategy is paying off, and we are finally seeing consistent quarters of growth.
