I've been here for 13 years and I hope I can retire here. There are things that should be improved, but I'm sure the same happens in all companies. I feel I've been taking care, I've been challenged and I've been developing myself in several ways. I'm glad to be here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Honestly, it could be better as I've not get a salary raise for more than 3 years.

people are very kind and gentle, sometimes are like a family. We can count on each other to laugh and cry
What makes you most happy at work?
Coworkers, a good relationship with my managers and how the company loves to invest in learning and all content that is available for us to learn and make a career move.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home is great and it was nice that our managers were very comprehensive at parents with kids at home during the pandemic. We feel free to be who we are and we know that this freedom matters to the company. When we are not at pandemic, we are free to take coffee with teams and talk, nice
