I'm 2 years in and excited about many jobs I see and jobs I'm "high match". Unfortunately none of those jobs have been a match since I can't get past the review stage.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting paid, being employed, having insurance, grateful, blessed, highly favored ;)
What are some of the best things about your team?
We know and understand eachothers skills, personally, professionally, we know pets, children, it's highly appealing to have the team I have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How inclusive IBM is with the LGBTQ+ community. Almost there with BIPOC community but this is a long road for many companies to address
What makes you most happy at work?
Saying the first good morning meme to my coworkers in group chats. We do this every morning since coming here and it has saved us mentally.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get to know your people following an acquisition. Many of us acquired still don't feel like IBMers nor do we feel our knowledge and skills are fully known
