My team is very open to learning and helping each other to achieve our common goal.

The leadership team try their best to be as transparent as possible and share news - both good and not so good.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current PMR is low and there seem to be no way to adjust this and make it competitive with the new employees coming to the band because of the minimum PMR requirement.
