What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The new IBM is a team, everyone is a piece of the larger puzzle and everyone's opinion is valued. The leadership is open & available to all employees, not just executives. Even Arvind continuously makes himself available to us to explain the direction of the company and respond to questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a new HR Exec team in place that is amazing. The focus is on the employee experience and pushing ourselves and our supporting vendors to deliver the best service and the best employee experience. From a personal perspective, it is very rewarding to be a member of such an amazing team!
