We have great communication. We have fun together and get a great deal of work done. We collaborate well and pull together to accomplish all tasks. My team is really amazing!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are encouraged to take risks so you can grow and learn. You are given opportunities for growth. They are also constantly striving to improve in Diversity and Inclusion which I really love!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership looks at each of us as an individual to really see our strengths to capitalize on them while at the same time, encouraging growth in the parts where we can improve. They nudge us in a direction where we can excel in our own way.
