Giving the team room to do the right thing and challenge the bureacracy of our processes and 'rules'
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have finally found their mojo together. They are finally focused on being successful together, instead of being 'top dog'
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better if my stakeholder GM in GBS would actually stop telling me there is no value in marketing, which is terribily demotivating. And makes it hard to show up at my best, and as my wholeself.
