Open to new ways of doing things and feedback. They are encouraging and willing to lend a helping hand.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hmm, this is a tough one because I feel our culture is stagnant with a lot of opportunities for change. We talk about it, but I don't personally see much change with how we do things or how people are treated and valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took on an additional full time role over a year ago and I have not been compensated accordingly. This has been brought to the attention of senior leadership, and verbally told it will be taken care of, but nothing has happened to date.
