My work is interesting, flexible, individual, I am not under strong control and/or pressure, it is manageble.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel there are differences between men's and women's salaries. Salary increase would help me a lot. After Covid everything became more expensive within my region.
