I'm just a newbie at IBM and I know that I still have lots of things to learn but the best thing that I appreciate in this company is how they value their employees. We are not treated like second-class workers. We are treated equal as the top managers. Our feedbacks are valued and we are respected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are approachable and easy to deal with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Whenever I accomplish my assigned tasks and in any case, I was able to help others (clients/ co-team members).
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That would be the HMO package. I was sick on just the 2nd month of my job and I was able to benefit from my HMO already (c/o Intellicare).
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
IBM is so diverse and very open. It accepts anyone on the job so long they are qualified to its standards. By anyone, I mean they do not look for person's gender, sexual orientation, race or religion. They look for skills and capabilities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how the leadership in IBM always try to look for ways on how to help their employees, praise them whenever possible and assist them not only on work- related matters but even up to their personal concerns. That's how great leadership in IBM is. :)
