Very experienced, engaged, and open minded personas, fast learners, greatly motivated and focused on target given, honest and funny guys, simply love them!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very engaged and motivated to achieve the goals, they are very experienced in their areas and they are sharing their learning which is really motivating.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly bonuses, manager bonuses - this is area when for average IBMers (not execs or sales that receives great bonuses) this almost doesn't exist. I am working in IBM 15 years and the biggest yearly bonus Igot was I believe 0.5%....
