What is the best part about your compensation package?
good salary for my location (but mainly thanks to my seniority, and still not so good actually compared to the market for my skills set and leadership experience).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope for significant action in the area of renumeration and benefits to adjust for inflation like some other companies do already in those countries this is necessary. We should lead by example here, but in fact, we are behind.
