What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a pervasive "one team" culture within the delivery center (Manila).
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are open to helping each other and are very involved in their work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I do not feel supported in my role and I do not feel that I am involved in the decisions in my account and over my career.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We currently do not have a retirement plan for our business unit and there are global compensation problems. Both factors do not encourage employees to continue to factor in IBM in both their short- and long-term career plans.
