I am still relatively new to IBM. I have been here for 4 months on a rapidly scaling and expanding part of the company, that has hired a lot of designers. It isn't a typical experience but the onboarding has been really fun and valuable. Just want to start getting into client work. It is coming soon
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The emphasis on learning and development. Also happy to have a boss who is female.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am so new to this job and haven't interacted with clients yet so I put that as neutral. I am really excited about the opportunity to collaborate and facilitate workshops.
