Just like this survey it will be lost in the big cog of a machine so what's the point of me even doing this? Hopefully someone on the other end reads this and gets a laugh cause no matter how hard we try to change things nothing ever happens thats why this company is going to be a floating dumpster

Because for my skillset I'm not being utilized and my pay is not increasing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Provide younger employees better investment and stock option plan. More benefits that are paid for like gym membership etc
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Be more innovative and open to change There's too many roadblocks and obstacles for us to be able to compete with these younger companies. You are losing young talent because you do not know how to train them or provide them with benefits that are substation long term for career growth
