I think bonuses should be brought back. I don't think we should only promote someone just because someone higher up left/retired. Someone should be promoted whenever the manager feels they should be. I think overall the company does a good job of being inclusive of all cultures and people.

I like how they are usually transparent about things.

I'm just an anxious person so I am never looking forward to going into work.

I think I am more neutral about the culture and environment. There's nothing inherently bad or good about it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Sometimes it seems like they're missing the skills to do their job. Sometimes it also seems like they aren't paying attention to meetings, because they'll ask questions about something that was discussed in detail in prior meetings.
