What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We value our team's diverse background and perspectives. We're not all 'home grown' which is a good thing. We're innovators and problem solvers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like how diverse our team is. A lot of smart people. That said, not enough juniors. For the first time in 10 years, I feel as though I am not teaching others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health benefits are not competitive. In fact, they are 3X what I was paying at Accenture. I have recently dropped IBM Health benefits and picked up coverage through my spouse. Also, no liability / umbrella coverage is offered which is unusual (it's offered by others similar firms).
