Getting to push myself professionally. I am always looking for career development and here we have that option.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is willing to help out. If you ever get stuck all you have to do is ask for help and someone is willing to talk it through.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open and honest and I feel like I can go to them with anything I need, both personally and professionally. Everyone has an open-door policy here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are great including the stock purchase plan and 401K. We also have a discount program for IBMers that is second to none. You can always find an IBM discount if you know where to look.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is top of their class and ready to get the job done. I have never worked in a place where there was so much talent. you usually get one or two superstars, but here most of my co-workers are superstars.
