What makes you most happy at work?
Talking with new prospective customers each and everyday and solving real business problems.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are constantly communicating information that we need about the stock, earnings, the direction of the company, sales, marketing and news we need to keep informed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a diverse team, Our managers delegate responsibilities and then hold us accountable. My team is highly skilled, and driven. We work hard but also have fun.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to purchase discounted stock, the amazing HSA (that the company contributes to), the really good healthcare that is highly subsidized by the company, the 401k match, the sales prizes for our campaigns and competitions to make our sales role fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is fast pace, agile, we are always encouraged to keep learning. Educational courses are available to us at any level. I work directly for a front line manager that is full of energy and always positive. There are some extremely smart people working at IBM.
