Great. I love working at IBM. Every one is super helpful and nice. Every one wants to see you advance in your career. There is so much opportunity and room for growth here. Before IBM, I just had a job. Now working here, I have started my career.

My team is quirky, but I get along with every one. Each person has a unique personality but I enjoy getting to know them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Honestly, I have only worked at IBM during the pandemic so I don't know much about the culture or environment. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. I love the diversity
