We actually have diversity and that is a plus .
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to accomplish things, and that keeps me busy and satisfied at the end of each day making me feel productive and part of the goal IBM is looking for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We had the opportunity to start a project from zero, and have been gaining ownership in many areas and we are expanding and growing quickly in IBM's new era for customer service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just think that a manager's position requires lots of compromise and making a fare living is important for my family due to the time I am not able to be with them because of work related compromise.
