
Recognize and compensate employees picking up for those leaving. Listen to the needs of the employees and be there to support the team.
No one actually listens to the employees. Its just IBM leadership doing what they want and up to the rest of us to magically make it happen.
Yes I do feel undervalued and unheard because my opinions/expertise are not valued in meetings, my time, willingness to be a team player, and relative newness to the team are all taken advantage of. I would feel better with higher pay & more time off.
