I love my job, some people make a good work experience into drama and I do not know how can some people be in power positions, but the company, in general, I really like IBM
What makes you most happy at work?
That I do not have time for drama
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is always willing to help, listen or assist whenever is needed of her.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I would expect a better team lead, that does not finger points, that creates a nice working environment instead of having problems.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the equality, the respects of every member rights, inclusivity and that the most of the people are prepared for what they do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being a focal I would expect a raise in salary, but I am new to the company and getting still to know the benefits. I will just wait.
