What are some of the best things about your team?
All are very professional, very willing to interact to accomplish all tasks in a timely and excellent manner. Very good even level of commitment even if the task is outside their comfort zone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am very please with the personal awareness and concern that my manager presents. He is very open to interactive work efforts, has adopted the Agile dev methods, and input from all team members is valued. He is not a micromanager and is comfortable managing personnel of all professional levels.
