What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclussion and respect, everybody cares about each other and shares knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Human values they show every single moment, and the capability of procesing and accepting scenarios that require special attention or handeling.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The recently added savings and pension packages. i'd like to be able to edit the amount i get in my vales tho

The ability to make their job tiny bit easier and tiny bit better with each ineraction and the personal growth that i can have every day

diversity, i've noticed that, unlike other places i've worked in, here in IBM eventhough we work at the same LOB we have very different attributes and capabilities and that makes us a stronger team more capable.
