I am quite new here but very proud to be an IBMer. Some days are better than others but so far there are much more positive than negative ones and that makes me happy. I hope it will continue like that :)

It is international, different cultural backgrounds and different mentalities. I love the diversity we have in IBM. The support among colleagues is amazing.

They try to support me and help me do my job properly as much as they can. As a new employee, I really do appreciate it.
