Overall is a good experience the sad part is that our pay is not fair as per the market offer in my position and our health benefit (insurance) is super outdated and its coverage is pretty lame and limited, something should be done about it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As per the market offering in the same position but in different companies, salary at IBM is almost 30% lower. Our health benefit is obsolete and has not been upgraded nor updated by the company that provides it and IBM has no interest in requesting an improvement.
