the diversity in knowledge amongst our team and everyone is always wanting to help each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When hired I did not have to negotiate with anyone, they put me right where I thought I should be monetarily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
in my 20 plus years in civilian employment, the team I am on and the leaders I am surrounded by are top of the list. I tell everyone when asked how I like IBM and I tell them I plan on retiring from this company. Keep up the great work of surrounding us with greatness.
